Whether you're required to have a passport or not, TPG always recommends traveling with one, just in case there's an emergency that requires you to disembark your sailing in a foreign country. If you like your cruise ships more intimate, you'll probably want to stick with the R Class vessels. In size, the vessels are just a tad smaller than the Signature Class ships — about 5% smaller, to be exact.
